I had case againt my wife.Two case is in family court(Op and mc) and one is first class magistrate court( 498 case) . 7 month before, All case are settled . settlement condition is
They will dispose the family court case and she will give supporting evidence to the 498 case. and settlement pettsion filed in family and first class magistrate court so i signed metual divoce case.Now 6 month is completed metual divoce case. op and mc in family cort was diposed
she did not give supporting evidence to the 498 case. Their stand is they will give evidenace to after the metula divoce.ferbruary-2 is hearing date of metual divoce case . What stand will taken in my metual divoce case . how i get divoce and dispose 498 case
