Dear sir,
My father have purchased a plot 20 years ago from a society for me mentioning clear title for my name.But the person who sell the property to my father was died before my father died.I have the sale deed with my name.But in sale deed it is mentioned that if I want to sell the property to any one, I should take permission from the society.But the seller died and her wife is alive but she is not cooperating with anyone regarding this matter.No other person is there in society.And want NOC to sell the plot.What to do, kindly help.
