How important is title of the document

How important is title of the document?

does the document titled as special power of attorney is having full powers to recieve compensation, execute all acts deeds on behalf of sale deed is valid?

The mistake is only on the title of document and not content of document.

if the content is having full powers it should be refered as GPA but if the heading of the document says SPA, is that valid and will it cause any issues?

without reading the POA word to word, no comment can be made. As such a POA is strictly construed. I would suggest show it to a very able counsel in your locality who would give an opinion after going carefully through it.

The format of the document is having GPA powers(legal, financial, business) where the document titled as SPA. and stamp duty district registrar validation(relative) is stamp duty 1000 rs which is similar to GPA but the titiel of document is mentioned as SPA.

will this cause issues later on? , require your suggestion please?

try to understand that the nature of POA is such that it is construed strictly. any inconsistency is likely to cause trouble at some stage or the other (especially if stakes are high). as such it may be in your best interests in the long term to either get it rectified through proper procedure or cancel it and get a new one made.
