There's a stay order on my property in Jaipur, RJ. The nigam wants to demolish the building on grounds of not leaving the legally required area on the side of the property. We took a stay order.
My question is how long does it usually take for such cases to get solved. What are the chances of me winning the case & can I sell it while it is under stay order?
