Will you please tell me how many floors are allowed to build in Delhi if the building was build up so many years ago an the person buildup two more floors last year. The building is without parking. They are totally having four floors including ground floors without parking facility. Can any action is taken against them. As now I am confirmed they had not sanctioned the building plan while constructing it last year. and what all the measures taken at the time of constructing the building, and kindly provide me the link of MCD Building bye-laws. And what can be done if some loopholes are found in that building? kya hum MCD se use tudwane k order karwa sakte hai? Is insan ne naak me dam kar rakha hai puri colony k. Apne aap ko sabse upar samajhta hai. please advice me if we can get the order of demolition by MCD.
