How much it costs to release the mortgage?

Hello,

I am from Hyderabad.

I sold my property which was mortgaged. The mortgage papers were registered at SRO. I need to release the mortgage to complete the transaction.

How much it costs to release the mortgage in Hyderabad?

Any taxes and duties I should pay to SRO?
