Step mother came from a rural area and ever since my father married they have been living in a small town. After my father passed away she continued to live there. Now that she is enanged in illegal activities, I want to be realted to any of the criminal activity and thinking of doswoning her. She wants to move to a city and live there and asking for expenses at the city standard lifestyle.
Can the court agree for this? I am ready to pay the expenses that will match with the lifestyle of a small town that she has been living through out. Can she live in city and lead a lavish lifestyle and claim all that expesne from me?
From what I have seen on the web the amount ordered by the court in some of the cases is very meager in such cases, which i think would be like a pension plan..
