My self and my wife stayed for 10 months separate from my parents.
After 10 months i have to go out side india.
after that my wife stay for 4 months (not actually but i don't have any proof ) and file false domestic violence case.
My Q is only 4 month stay is enough for DV case on my parents ??

Can anyone please shared judgement about this which help me ??
as per i know DV case is applicable for "Shared household" and for that minimum 6 months stay is require.

There is no such provision or any citation that say that a minimum 6m stay is reqd to file DV on in-laws.
