How much time is required to judge the interim maintenance

It upon the court to decide interim maintenance based on several factors, If wife is working and is financially independent and there are no Kids then there is no maintenance.

If there is a Kid , you need to support that

Depends on how your lawyer handles your argument for interim maintanence . And also sumbission of Documents like salary slip etc and her capability to work /her pay scale or her Qualification .if she is financially capable she wouldnt get interim maintance . But for your child you would have to pay maintanence and if your wife is working she too would have share the maintanence of the child .
