how rule get repealed , how the company acceptance of deposit rule 1975 is get repealed

sir
there are two rule regards the acceptance of deposit
- the company acceptance of deposit rule 1975
- the company acceptance of deposit rule 2014
so my question is how the rule of 1975 is suppressed??
