How to add caste name in my degree tc

Hello sir, I have studied 10th class in Telangana. My school didn't mention caste name in my TC(Transfer certificate), they thought it would not be good to mention the caste name, but they have mentioned as BC. I belong to Kurnool of Andhra Pradesh. When I go there to apply for caste certificate or OBC certificate they ask me for proof other than previous caste certificate or previous OBC certificate. My father don't have any caste certificate. Now i have completed my degree and they are refusing to mention my caste name in DEGREE TC, as my +2 certificate didn't have the caste name for same reason (because my 10th certificate didn't have it). Now I want my degree college people to include my caste name in the TC; So that it would be easier for me to get the caste certificate from authorities Note:- I have my old caste certificate issued by government of Andhra Pradesh
