How to be sole legal responder in a case?

X inflicted unbearable pains, losses. I filed case. X double crossed me and contacted my relatives illegally without my knowledge. X coaxed / terrified / victimised or did something unknown to me and got some innocous letter. This is absolutely illegal. But, it X is using it against me.

So, I want to bar X from contacting anyone else, but me from now on. I also want to bar ALL others from responding irrespective of what, how, where etc.

I have a need to retain right of being sole legal responder in my case.

How to get this done?

Is there any provision to write a letter that bars all others from responding and sign it in notary's presence, get it counter signed by the notary (something like an affidavit) so that it will be binding on all to respect it.
