The Property Holder is Her Mother Written a "WILL" in 1997 to her Blind Daughter after her Death.
Her Mother Died in 2008, The Present Property Holder is the Blind Daughter, The Present Property is in "ASSIGNED LAND" That's Not Registered Present Day.
