If a person has died and his son has not updated his name as farmer as per the agriculture land reforms since more then 10 years and tax of the land is also not paid for 30 years.At the moment that land is declared as khalsa land which means land under government.I want to know how can i buy this khalsa land from government and what is the documentation requirement and which all department i need to apparoch and how much time it takes and how the charges is calculated by the government on the land.
