The backside part of the property is owned by my father and front side is my other paternal uncle. so we given a joint power of attorney to my fathers elder brtoher.  we also signed a dept letter of Rs50000 to my fathers elder brother on the same date so he can use it against us incase we cancel the power of attorney. Thank you sir, But how to cancel the joint power of attorney since 5 members signed it jointly. Do we need to get signature from my paternal uncle and his sons signature to cancel it or we can cancel the power of our part solely.  we also given a promissory note for Rs 50000 in 2000 on the same date of power of attorney to my fathers elder brother. He want to use it in case we cancel the power of attorney. In the promissory note there is no date mention. How long a promissory note is valid.
