How to case file on SC candidate

sir i am H S Goudar , sir SC candidate he is taken water supply in my land when we are not there. After we saw, my father informed to them take out the supply from our land after that we went to police station, in police station that candidate asked for two days time and police officer given permission to him. After that he didn't take out the supply connection but today SC Taluq President he is warned to my Father and he is used so much bad words. police officer also supporting to them now what we want to do please give me suggestions
