How to change property ownership?

respected sir,

we have a individual house  of nearly 2000 sq ft which is 20 yrs old...The house is built and by my grandpa and still all legal names such as land ownership,eb,water connections etc all resides in his name...

My grandpa has two daughters and one son (MY DAD)..both daughters are married and settled well with their husbands and they have each two children and on the whole we are 4 grandsons and one granddaughter to my grandpa...My grandmother is still residing with us only...

 

Now the query is my grandmother and all others wish is to change the ownership of the house into my name and my age is 21..

 

so pls say what are all the detailed exact procedures  to change the ownership into my name?

who all should sign in that and what  are the problems which may arise?

do my cousins and dad and grany and aunts should come in person to sign or anything else? but my grandpa has not wriiten any will document..pls help

this is a ancestral propery.All the three children of grandpa nd youq grandma will get equal share of the property.If they want to give the property they will have to relinquish their right over the property by signing registered deed.This reply is from my very limited knowledge.Wait till Expert's reply.

Yes. your aunt and your father too have to execute a relinquishment deed and has to get it registered in your favour.
