How to chargesheet copy

Dear All,

My wife filled 498a case on me on dated 26/11/2011. I Got AB 26/12/2012.

My first hearing date was 17/01/2012 and next hearing will be 9/05/2012.Meanwhile police filled charge cheet on date 25/01/2012.

My question is that how to get chargesheet copy,shall i need to wait for next hearing (or) shall i get earlier?

if i get earlier then what is the process?

The Court would give you a copy after summoning you.

Mr.Bharat Chugh rightly said, other wise u can get the certified copy of the by application.

Court would provide you the copy of charge sheet otherwise you can get the certified copy.

A chargesheet was filed against my brother.. on demand we were given only the copies of FIR..

Can we get all the documents that were presented in the court during initial hearing..

Will chargesheet be sent to us or we have to apply for it
