Hi,
I'm planning to buy a property in Bangalore. But i want to check whether it is sc/st land.
In somecases i have seen that after huge construction happens, legal heirs of sc/st allottees came to picture and got the premises into their control with the court order.
Please clarify how to check sc/st land.
