How to compute period of limitation to file SLP ?

Hello everyone ... need to know how the period of limitation to file SLP is calculated....i know it is 90 days from the date of judgment ...and time for obtaining certified copy is also excluded .. so the questions are 1. Is the date of passing the judgment included in 90 days ? 2. Is the date of applying for certified copy included in 90 days ? 3. Is the date on which certified copy is received is included in 90 days ? Would appreciate early reply ....thanks in advance ...regards

Thanks a lot ... that means if somebody applied for certified copy on 24th and he gets the copy on let say 29th ...then only 4 days would be added in 90 days ...am i right ?...regards
