How to enforce foreign court ruling in india

I hope someone knowledgeable would reply to this query. Brother and Sister in law getting divorced in USA. The USA court has ordered equal property division including all property in India. But my brother says in India wife has no authority on husband's property. And he is not willing to give it. My SIL and I were good friends and will always be. I don't want to see her walk away without getting what she deserves. Filing for divorce in India is not possible due to their work situations. And laws regarding property division after divorce does'nt exist in India. But I still want to help my Sister in law. Thank you in advance.

Whether the ptn was filed jointly and the court has already awarded the decision, how can you take back, both are residingin USA andsubmitted to that court...if your sister in law had filed it...then your brother can file ptn in India declaring the order void

Both submitted to the jurisdiction of US court, yet for execution of the same in India, suit has to be filed based on the said judgment, and if there is any incorrect Indian laws apply to the case or breach of any Indian laws our domestic court will act according to Indian Laws.
