Please help me about getting evidence from a private company.
in brief:
My wife had filed false case against me and my mother under 498a and some other IPCs.
where in her statement at police station she written that from 9th april 2012 to 16 april 2012 i ahd bitten her and throw her away from home.
but actually she is not at home. She joined a private firm on 16 april 2012. THis document of her joining can help me to defend my case.
can anybody please advice me how to get the same?
