Seniors please advice......
1. Person 'A' (male SC/ST) makes a notarized general power of attorney of his house to use / sell in favor of a woman 'B' (female, OBC) in 1996.
2. 'B' makes an notarized agreement to sale this property in favor of her real sister 'C' in 1997.
3. 'A' got dead in 1998.
4. 'B' makes /executed a registered sale deed in favor of 'C' in 2017.
Now.....
} Is this a valid transaction..?
} What is the legal value of sale agreement as mentioned in point-2..?
} need case laws... If anybody else can provide... ?
