I need some advice to fight a child custody case against my wife. My wife and I were living abroad when I caught her doing something bad. She travelled to India with return tickets with our baby (who is now 2 years old) and since then has refused me any contact with the child by indirect tactics. I have spent more than a year on trying to patch things up, and am now in India. It looks like she has gotten into another relationship and is now insisting on a fast divorce with full child custody, otherwise 498a etc.
Please give me advice on how I can fight this.
