How to file a corruption complaint against a civil judge

hello,

How to file a corruption complaint against a civil judge for the doubts that the judge
is either biased or has taken bribed from one of the parties of the case?
To whom it should be addressed?

What could be the consequences if allegation of bribe is made against such judge?

I do not have the evidence but the conduct and behaviour of the judge in the court
against one party is doubtful.

Kindly help.

For allegation of corrutpion you have to prove gratification or you have to prove consious  missue of power (not mere miscarriage of judicial discretion)

you can consider bias petition for change of judge

If you donot have a concret and substainable evidence then the AXE may fall on your own foot.
