How to file case on ac

I got arrested for taking a picture of assistant commissioner of police vechial in a public road. I took that picture because of the traffic jam happened by that vechial. 1.I want to know is it a illegal to take picture of government vechial? 2.I was in custody for almost 11 hour's in police station from 1:00PMm to 11:00PM is it correct? 3. If my above questions are illegal to law how can I file a case against assistant commissioner of police? 4. Will it be safe for me in my future? I still have that two picture which I have taken. 5.Because of this incident I have lost two business meeting will I get apologies from assistant commissioner of police? Thanks in advance
