Hi,
One of my uncle was hospitalised and expired later, while he was in hospital, his relatives entered into ICU and took his thumb impressions when he was in coma, another uncle filed case against those relatives, it got numbered in the court, but now all of them colluded and want to withdraw the case. I want to run the case against those culprits, How can i join as another complainant to the case and how will i defend withdrawal of case.
Can i give implead petition to the court as complainant? Please guide.
