Dear Surya,

My sincere suggestion is that alongwith verification from the police at the local level one can have networking with all other similarly situated organizations (i.e. Security Agency) which might be helpful in case the person seeking employment had worked previously.

Best Regards

Daksh

I heard in India only the designation of "senior advocate" is there, which is bestowed by the Supreme Court and the full bench of High Court to only a handful of advocates, after assessing and appreciating their calibre and their contribution towards law.  But I have never heard that "senior lawyer" designation is there in India.  Whether Sh. Ravi Kant Soni has been honoured by any judicial body or it is self proclaimed status?
