I have a small query as how to form resident welfare association in Noida ?
Its a Under Construction Project of Private Builder. I would like to understand the process of forming the association , minimum members required to start association, its charges , legal obligation and responsibilties of office bearers etc.
Please advise and if anyone help would be appreciated.
