How to get a certified copy without the help of a lwayer

Respected Members,

My Wife had filed a case u/s 498A, 503, 504, 3/4 and the same has been settled in the Allhabad high court mediation cell and the magistrate has passed orders for passing the final report and relieving all of us from this case. However, my Lawyer could not apply for a certified copy as he had to leave due to some emergency and i need to file the order in Divorce petition so that divorce can be completed.

Can somebody pls help me with the proceudre to apply for a certified copy and the time taken to get one.

Regards

Saurabh

One of the easiest way is to get hold of your council's clerk and ask to get for you. Other way is to apply for it yourself by filing an application in the form available in the FORM STALL of the court premises with the copying section of the court.

File application under Right To Information Act, 2005 and seek for certified and attested copies ....

Court can also give certified copies using RTI? By what name/address IPO will go?

Hi,

Visit website of High Court and read the RTI rules then proceed. There is no provision in RTI says court is not under RTI and High Court website says courts under RTI hence the website tals about RTI.

Just do it insted of thinking and asking questions.... without information if you ask under RTI, it is not crime....

go to court,

ask typist nearby to prepare application for true copy

, he will  also attach [Rs.5/-] court  fees, and show u where to sbmit.

In Adm Office, submit with a fee,

Collect it after fewdays.

Party in person can apply  & get it. Need Photo ID, + case number and dtof order with name of judge.

Take help of Local Advocate, if  u can't do it  , feel necessary.
