How to get an order copy removed from ecourt online

Hi Legal Experts,

Thank you for your wonderful work.

I recently received a HMOP decree from a sub court (SCJ) and I don't want that order to go online through eCourt system, so I went up to Superintendent and given a hand written application and she forwarded to the judge, but judge said " there is nothing like that everything has to go online, I don't stop it " , I said I would like to utilize my fundamental right under Article 21 right to privacy then he said that will not applicable here, I don't consider it, he is kind of adamant and unemphatic and bit of physco personality, what options do I have now for not to be uploaded online/ if it uploads how to get it removed. It's a family matter I want to keep it private

Family Court and Mahila Court cause list, daily order, order(s), judgment and/or decree is not uploaded on net, please check with your lawyer regarding your case / Court, as per High Court and Supreme Court direction(s).

My lawyer is yelling at me for approaching court superintendent without his knowledge and for meeting the judge and arguing with me that right to privacy will not be applicable in divorce matters, and said only in s*xual assault or rape cases only court cases will not be uploaded online not in divorce matters, if you have any PDF or link for guidelines on this matter please let me know otherwise thank you so much for your help.

Where (location and Court) is your case pending ?

Can you search it online ?

The case is allowed and disposed and the order copy is not yet uploaded in e-Courts, but before they do so as a precaution I have reached out to them and made an effort but the people are behaving like a ignorant and adamant. It's a Sub Court in a rural town in Telangana State. I am currently studying LLB 1st semester, despite knowing and enough research I couldn't able to resolve my own issue, feeling helpless to prevent it uploading online, not sure whether I need to complain to District Judge about it or file a petition in High Court for violation my fundamental right - Right to Privacy under Article-21. Any suggestion or advice is appreciated 🙏

There is no violation of fundamental rights  but in general the family courts do not upload the daily orders or judgments.

But since the sub court do not come under family court rules, it is routine that the sub courts do upload the judgments.

Besides there is no question of invoking article 21 of the constitution in this regard because it is not in violation of the act.

You may give a petition to the court concerned and if it is rejected then you may file a revision petition before high court sek its intervention.
