I have to contest a case for 279, 338 IPC please tell me how to get bail from court?
or do I need to get the bail in case I am getting the compounding of for 337 and 338.
I have the hearing on saturday will try to plead guilty 279 and others compounded contest.

279, 337,338 IPC are bailable offence- go to court with two suerties (Jmanti).
Produce bail application before court - judge will passed the bail grant order.
Produce your sureties in court- and get back home.
BUT REMEMBER- ever ride driving carefully- its advice to you.
If your falut than contact to injured and take care him as well as possible. god will help you.

I talked with my lawyer and he has advised to keep one Jamanati and his Salary Letter from his office which will be sufficient getting the bail. I have my hearing tomorrow.
