Dears,
My was born in Karol Bagh District, New Delhi. My birth date is 9th Feb 1990 at home not in hospital that why there is no registration of my birth. Now I need to apply for passport and want my birth certificate for this, so please help me in that how can I apply for birth certificate and get it asap.

You can show 10th pass Certificate for Date of Birth.

You have to apply concerned authority like MCD, with birth proof , ration card etc. In your case an affidevit showing the cause of delay verified by SDM is required. An order of SDM is also required. Then it will be registered .with late fee.
