Please help me to understand what are the steps to be taken to get an evidence ,ie. medical certificate issued by a doctor, submitted by petitioner dismissed in court. Can I give objections in writing including the quotes from medical books and other judgements? If yes, should I submit it before trial? At which stage my advocate is supposed to give oral submissions against admissibility of evidence?

By showing its irrelevance or non-credibility or non-authenticity as to 'facts in issue' or producing rebuttal evidence showing the same.

Dear jamai of law: Could you please furnish your intelligent English in a plain one so that a layman/ordinery citizen be able to understand it easily without referring the dictionary or help from a lawyer which would not be a cheap option.
