How to get out of this defamation case

I had posted on social media that "Central government ministers generally have profit sharing in vaccine business." Police is filing FIR against me. they say it's defamation of government. But I didn't write name of any minister though it's related to central government. Also it is a general saying similar to saying something like "doctors have commission in prescribing medicines." without speaking name of any doctor.

How can I defend myself from this defamation case? Did I realy commit a crime under 499/500 ipc?
