How to get parental property's authority

after dividation means what you  mean mutual understanding in regards to the said property or all have divided by givng each other respective share. If it is settled than some deed would have been finalised or you can go back to your village and find out details of the said proerty whose name it is and from when and so on so forth . This will give you direction to the said house and than if its in your uncles and father ' name than take Noc from other  uncle's  and get it transferred in your name.

Apart from uncles are there any sister to your father .

first of all go to the revenue office and get the jamabandi/revenue record of that land and see in whose name the mutation is done,after seeing this document next advise can be given on your query,feel free to call if you have left any query.

I will follow your instruction and keep here posted whatever the update I get regarding this property.

In brief all my three uncles and my father divide that property mutually in equal share without any deed or any legal activity.

and there is no any sister of my father now.
