Hi, I want to apply for passport. I was born in Libya(Africa) and my birth certificate is in arabi. I was born on 6th august 1989. While joining school, my parents gave as 6th June 1989 so that I can be put up in school. I have my DOB as 6-6-1989 in all my school certificates and degree certificates, but in my birth certificate as 6-8-1989. To apply for passport, birth certificate is must now. Is there any way to get passport without birthcertificate? What shall I do to change in my birth certificate?
