i just want to know after completion of 3years LL.B academics , how to apply for Sanand ?
is there any bar for ACS (Associate company secretary --not practicing but in employmnet ) to apply for sanad?

If you are already working then you are not permitted to practice as an advocate. You have to resign your job and apply for the sanad to your state bar council.
