How to get survey of land legally

Thanks for the response. My concern over hear is to get the surveyour to provide the boundaries of my land (syrvey no 183b) of andhra pradesh. The other party members whose land belongs to the same survey of mine is kind of dada(rowdy) who wanted to occupy my land. I wanted the surveyour to provide the bounderies of the land(survey no 183b) so i can put the boundaries of my land so the other party members would not occupy my land. 

Is there any process to approach the court where court issues the order to surveyour to provide boundaries of my land?

Can some one guide me the way of approaching the court for getting the court order for the surveyour to provide boundaries for my land.
