How to get the case status from district appellate courts?

Dear Experts,

Is there a way or system to get the civil case status and the progress made in district Appellate Courts and ?

My lawyers is not revealing the progress made in the case. So i would like to know about any other possible way to get the status.

If you are party to the suit you can call the court clerk or registrar with your case number & request for the copy of the all document & record or rojkam or daily work record of the suit & ask if there is any court fee associated with it.

You may check the same online ... go to the concenred State High Court Webiste.... there must be some link regarding district court etc... you can find there... gud luck..
