Respected Experts, I humbly seek your valuable clarification on the following query:
Way back in 1996, a Seller has sold and conveyed a residential property at Bangalore (Karnataka) to the Purchaser by a registered sale deed. The purchaser has now discovered that boundaries of the property described in the schedule of the said sale deed are wrong. Now, the Purchaser has asked the Seller to execute a rectification deed in his favor for rectification of boundaries. But the Seller is not willing to do the same. What is the alternative left for the Purchaser? Please clarify.
