How to know on what grounds bail was given

We have made a complaint agains a person 376 and 506  he had been in jail for 70 + days and then he got bail  , how can we know what went during these days on what grounds the person got bail , what were the facts produced by his lawyer to get him the bail , who were called as Witness , because I suspect the person has gathered few fake people , as he also brought 2 people who were giving fake statements in the Police station , we are planning to  file for his cancellation of bail as he has given us the threat and we have recorded it sucessfully , also police has again written the compliant against him ..

Bail is already granted, while granting the bail court puts conditions, one of the conditions will be that petitioner ( accused) cannot threat the wittnesses. You said he has threatned you, so you can apply thru., PP for cancellation of bail.

you can take certifiec copy of bail application as you are one of the party. As you have written, you have no right to know why the Hon'ble Judge granted the bail. For cancilation of bail you may proceed in court through you private or government council with proper evidence of threat given by accused.
