How to know what acation taken on complaint???

My Case under sec. 498 (A) was referred for mediation by Allahabad High Court to Mediation Centre where medeation was failed because of partial and threatening methods of the Mediators. I had sent a written complaint to the Incharge of AHMCC but they declined to receive the letter. Later, I sent my complaint to the Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court.

How can I know what action has been taken on my complaint by the competent authority????????

No action will be taken against the Mediators asbefore they start the mediation they make you sign a form that has some points that say that you accept them as mediators of the case and nothing is binding on you any decisions you may arrive will be as per your will. So that makes the mediators not liable for any action. Forget the mediation centre. Mr Vijay Singh is incharge of mediation centre.

Ganesha,

Mediator' Repost is confidential, and cannot be disclosed. They need not disclose the reason for failure to settle, or what happened during those meetings. Just forget it.

u can apply for 2nd Mediator, showing ur unsatisfaction, and improper mediation. Most probably Court will grant it.

No now there would be no further mediation granted by court.

Strange!?

If party is aggrieved by mediator, it can seek change of mediator, there must b a provision.

Courts want the matters to be settled by mutual understanding rather than legal fight. In matrimonial courts, parties may seek mediation mutually n number of times...........my view!
