Dear Lawyers,
We bought a house of 300 Sq ft area. it is 4 storied building build on private land but without any permission from any municipal body or government body. Our sale deed are not registered one but only notarized. We are ready to pay penalty as builder raised all his hands out of this deal. My questions are
1) How can we get permission from municipal body ?
2) How we can save our buildings from demolition (buy municipal corporation)?
3) what are the process and cost involved?
