what are the terms & conditions of the bond ? and the cheques were issued for security purpose or any other purpose ? Is that term in writing clearly ?

Why should any employee join at such deplorable conditions?

Did you consult elders in the family before signing such conditions?

What was your desperation?

Do you have copy of the bond, appointment letter, receipt of the cheque, memo issued by bank etc?

Are you a member of employees/trade unions?

Consult alongwith elders of your family an able lawyer and show all documents on record!
