I have filed an appeal petition to interim maintenance order passed by the First class Judicial Magistrate at Kalyan for her without considering her educational qualifications. Just for you info., She had acquired Masters in Arts and also done Journalism course due to which she was working in the Times of India group as a copy editor. She claim to be unemployed now. However, I have 2-3 citations for no maintenance to well educated and capable women.
Now, my question is, what if she say that she has lost her certificates and so is not able to find a job ?
Can duplicate marksheet and convocation be obtained from the Mumbai university which are almost 10-12 years old ? If yes, then how ?
This is just a gesture which she might say in the court.... Please help !!!!!!!!!
