How to protect ourselves

if some decision is taken in small court how can we ensure that it cannot be challeged in life later.like i want to know if there is any procedure there for it.so that no one cant challege the decision which is once taken.

sorry. It is next to impossible. In legal system there is procedure laid down and as per set standard lower court's order are always subject to scrutiny of the upper court.

so if we won in the highest court can the case be still challeged again.

every case has its own facts, if the decision is collusive in nature then it can still be challenged....all depends upon facts and circumstances of the case.
