Please advice me how to proove Physical violence in DV.As,498a first applied and then DV with false MLC issued by my wife herself though we are livingseperately since 5.0 years.Crpc 125 is running in family court since 5.0 years." DVA has a legality that 498a can be framed under PWDVA and the proceedings for the same would be seperated from PWDVA."
Kindly explain me this clause....
