when i was a kid, my grandparents used to torture my mom a lot and now they are creating problems between my parents and my dad is so stupid to listen to my grandfather. They are giving too much stress to my mother its like they are mentally harrassing her and when my sister got married, my grandfather forced my mom's brother to pay for my sister's wedding if he doesn't want my father to divorce my mother. We don't live with my grandfather, father's brother and sister but still they have so much influence in our home because my stupid father is their puppet.
Is there anyway my mom can file a dowry( 30 years ago my moms parents passed away and my grandparents demandad a huge amount from my mother's brother so is there anyway my mom can still file the case against them...and also, my mother's brother paid for my sister's wedding) and mental harrassment case on my grandfather, his son and daughter?
