How to put objection in dda

Dear Experts, I have been given residence right in DV act in my matrimonial home. Several cases are pending between me and my MIL regarding the matrimonial home. (the home is in her name). She wants to dispose off the property with out letting me know. I have heard in some other case hearing that if we want to stop someone in selling of the property we can put an objection in DDA. So that when the owner wants to sell it DDA will inform the person who is put the objection. Kindly let me know the procedure and also suggest me if I cant do that.
